These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Payment Gateway for transactions on Infinity Infoway Ltd. By making a payment through Payment Gateway, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• ✅ Provide accurate payment and personal information.
• ✅ Authorize Payment Gateway to process the payment on your behalf.
• ✅ Abide by Payment Gateway's terms of service and applicable laws.

2. Payment Process & Security

• 🔸 Payments are processed securely via Payment Gateway Payment Gateway.
• 🔸 Your card details, UPI ID, or wallet information are not stored on our servers.
• 🔸 All transactions are encrypted and comply with PCI-DSS security standards.

Note: We are not responsible for payment failures due to network issues, incorrect details, or bank declines.

3. Order Confirmation & Refunds

• Successful Payments: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation via email/SMS.
• Failed Transactions: If the amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, it will be automatically refunded within 10-15 business days.
• Refund & Cancellation Policy:
  • Refunds are subject to our company’s refund policy.
  • Once a transaction is processed, it cannot be canceled, except in cases of duplicate payments or incorrect deductions.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method.

4. Fees & Charges

• 🔸 Our platform does not charge additional transaction fees for using Payment Gateway.
• 🔸 Your bank or payment provider may apply standard processing fees.

5. Fraud Prevention & Unauthorized Transactions

• If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to:
  • ✔ Cancel the transaction.
  • ✔ Suspend the account associated with suspicious payments.
  • ✔ Report to legal authorities if necessary.
• 🔸 You must immediately report unauthorized transactions to Payment Gateway & our support team.

6. Limitation of Liability

• ❌ Payment failures due to incorrect details or bank issues.
• ❌ Unauthorized use of your Payment Gateway account.
• ❌ Delays in refunds due to Payment Gateway or banking processes.

Payment Gateway's terms & conditions also apply when making payments.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these terms as per business requirements or Payment Gateway's policies. Please review them periodically.
